Denise A. Kuestner is a general practitioner and litigator who regularly represents individuals and business organizations in general and complex litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. Ms. Kuestner focuses her practice on business and real estate transactions, commercial litigation, personal injury and tort litigation. She represents clients in a broad array of real estate matters including the purchase and sale of residential, multi-family and commercial properties; representation of condominium associations and condominium owners, as well as cooperatives; and commercial and residential leasing. In 1986, after graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law, Ms. Kuestner practiced law at the law firm of Parrish & Vingelli in Tucson, Arizona for approximately five years handling general litigation matters. She joined Henry Langsam in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1992. Ms. Kuestner has taught business law at the college level, and has served as a municipal prosecutor in New Jersey, handling a wide array of municipal court and housing matters.
