Maddie McCleary is an Associate in the Environmental Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Ms. McCleary advises a wide range of clients in environmental coverage and liability matters related to insurance coverage and legacy pollution. Ms. McCleary also practices in the areas of general liability, products liability, and construction defect.

Ms. McCleary is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Purdue University. In law school, she was a member of Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship where she advised clients on entity formation, financing, and related startup issues. After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey S. Saltz in the Civil Division of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP, she was an eviction defense litigator in the Regional Housing Unit of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, arguing a number of housing-related issues in Delaware, Chester, and Bucks counties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
